Berkley Insurance Company is expanding its One Suite Program in Washington with four new offerings designed for high-net-worth individuals: Personal Auto, Excess Liability, Collectibles, and Excess Flood. The filings, all submitted on August 5, 2025, with proposed effective dates of January 22, 2026, introduce proprietary forms that build on ISO language to provide broader protections. While no explicit rate changes are noted, premiums may shift depending on policy modifications.
The Auto Suite introduces a personal auto program with endorsements for underinsured motorists, named driver exclusions, recreation vehicles, snowmobiles, trusts, and roadside assistance, with premiums subject to change at renewal. The Liability Suite adds an excess liability option featuring endorsements for uninsured motorist coverage, excess layers, auto liability exclusions, and employment practices liability, structured as a forms-only filing with premium flexibility. The Collectibles Suite focuses on insuring high-value personal items, offering options for agreed or market value, alarm warranties, and lender protections. Finally, the Excess Flood product provides expanded flood protection through customized forms, also structured as a forms-only filing.
Together, the new filings signal Berkley’s continued push to serve affluent policyholders with tailored personal insurance solutions under the One Suite brand.
