The filing introduces a new “Welcome Discount” to attract new policyholders, while also adjusting fixed expense premiums.

The overall proposed impact is a 2.4% rate decrease, reducing premiums by $98,586 across 2,856 policyholders with $4 million in written premium. This follows a 10% rate increase that took effect in August 2025.
