Allianz Global Risks US Insurance Company is pulling its Pinnacle Property Program from Idaho, according to a rate filing submitted on March 27, 2026. The filing covers the withdrawal of the program’s forms and rules, along with the related Superior Protected Risk Rating Plan.
The company said the program was originally brought over through reference filings from a sister company so it could be used within AGRUS, but it was never implemented in Idaho. Allianz said no policies were issued under the program, no policyholders will be affected, and there are no outstanding claims or obligations tied to the filing. Requested effective dates for new and renewal business are both listed as on approval.
The withdrawal applies to the Pinnacle Property Program and its supporting rate and rule manuals, rather than an in-force block of business. In effect, Allianz is cleaning up an unused commercial property program filing in Idaho.
