AIG Adds Behavioral Health Exclusion To Liability Program In Oklahoma

National Union Fire Insurance Company of Pittsburgh, Pa. filed a new Behavioral or Mental Health Services Exclusion in Oklahoma, effective July 1, 2026. The endorsement excludes coverage for bodily injury or damages arising from behavioral or mental health services, including activities such as addiction treatment and marriage counseling.

The filing applies to the General Liability line within the Volunteer Firemen’s Insurance Services (VFIS) commercial package program.

Westmont Associates, Inc. was authorized to submit the filing on the company’s behalf.

National Union Fire Insurance Company, domiciled in Pennsylvania and part of the AIG group, is narrowing liability exposure for organizations that may provide or host behavioral or mental health related services under the VFIS program.
