Westfield Updates Georgia Commercial Billing Guide To Support Digital Payments

Westfield Group filed a program update in Georgia to revise the down payment section of its agency billing guide across all commercial lines, with changes effective April 6, 2026. The filing, submitted by American Select Insurance Company and eight affiliated Westfield entities, reflects updates to align billing requirements with current system capabilities. The change does not impact existing policyholders or premium for this program.

The update supports expanded digital payment capabilities, including pay by text bill notifications and automated electronic payments through channels such as Paymentus, Venmo, PayPal, Google Pay, and Apple Pay. For eligible policies processed through the website, required down payments may also be automatically deducted from an agency’s Quickdraw account, streamlining agency workflows and payment collection.
