Westfield Insurance Company and Westfield National Insurance Company have filed a rate correction in Kentucky for their Personal Auto–RV program, effective March 1, 2026 for renewals. The submission replaces incorrect base rate pages that were inadvertently included in a prior filing.
The correction results in a 5% overall rate increase, closely aligned with the 5.1% indicated change. The adjustment affects 1,622 policyholders and generates an estimated $250,793 in additional premium across a $5,027,013 book — $1,013,685 under Westfield Insurance Company and $4,013,328 under Westfield National Insurance Company.
Westfield notes that neither company writes new business for this program; all new auto business is written through Old Guard Insurance Company. Both Westfield entities are domiciled in Ohio, and Kentucky has acknowledged the filing.
