Westfield Insurance Company has filed a new Professional and Pollution Liability program in Washington, with coverage available upon regulatory approval.

The claims-made policy is designed for architects and engineers, offering errors and omissions protection with endorsements covering additional insureds, amended limits, exclusions, and extended reporting periods. Defense costs reduce and may exhaust limits. Premiums are based on firm location and gross billings, with adjustments applied for limits, deductibles, experience rating, and policy extensions.

Filed through Westmont Associates on behalf of Westfield Insurance Company and Westfield Select Insurance Company, the program marks a new product launch in the state and does not replace any existing filing.
