SiriusPoint is introducing its dwelling property program in Tennessee, with the filing made on March 24, 2026 and currently under review.
The program will be distributed through Steadily Insurance Agency, which has offered a similar product in the state since November 2021 via Obsidian Insurance Company and has also filed it with Lyndon Southern Insurance Company. The move adds capacity in Tennessee, with rates, rules, and coverage forms remaining consistent across programs and no impact to existing policyholders.
Steadily, founded in 2020, is a landlord insurance provider that has raised $84.9 million across four funding rounds.
A similar launch is planned for Nevada and Michigan.
