Mutual of Enumclaw is introducing an advance quote discount for its homeowners and renters insurance products in Arizona. The filings are rate neutral and were acknowledged by the state on August 6.

For owner-occupied homeowners policies, customers who initiate a quote at least seven days before the policy effective date will receive an 8% discount during the first policy term. The discount declines to 6% after the first renewal, 4% after the second and 2% after the third before disappearing after the fourth renewal. The discount is only available when the customer’s prior insurance isn’t with Mutual of Enumclaw or an affiliate.

The company is introducing the same discount structure for its HO-4 renters and HO-6 condo products, with an 8% first-term discount that gradually phases out over subsequent renewals.

The changes are scheduled to take effect August 20, 2026.
