Mutual of Enumclaw Removes Bundling Requirement From Oregon Auto Program

Mutual of Enumclaw Insurance Company filed changes in Oregon to remove a key eligibility requirement for its Member’s Best private passenger auto program.

The filing, submitted March 3, 2026, withdraws form MB 3501, which previously required policyholders to maintain both home and auto coverage with the company in order to qualify for the program. The change allows existing customers to remain eligible for Member’s Best at renewal without bundling policies.

The update takes effect April 20, 2026 for both new and renewal business.

Filing documentation shows the use of Adobe Acrobat Sign for digital signatures and compliance certification as part of the submission process.
