Mainsail Insurance Company has filed to introduce a new Commercial Residential – Excluding Condominium Association Multiperil Program in Florida, marking the company’s expansion into the state’s commercial property market. The filing, submitted on October 31, 2025, and effective December 1, 2025, represents an initial forms submission under Florida’s prior-approval process.

The program is administered by Crestwell Underwriters LLC, with additional authorized filers including Rocking Chair Insurance Consulting and Davies Actuarial, Audit and Consulting, Inc.

Designed specifically for commercial residential properties other than condominium associations, the new program broadens Mainsail’s footprint in Florida’s commercial property segment. No premium, rate, or policyholder data were included in the filing.
