InsureMax Insurance Company filed a 3.2% overall rate increase for its private passenger auto program in Tennessee.

The filing would generate approximately $42,000 in additional written premium across 1,912 policyholders and $1.3 million in program premium. Individual policy changes would range from a 15% decrease to a 15% increase.

InsureMax indicated that a 12.1% overall increase was actuarially supported but selected 3.2%. The filing revises base rates and several rating factors, including ZIP code, model year, vehicle symbol, underwriting tier and verified customer factors.

The AssuranceAmerica subsidiary requested effective dates of July 15, 2026, for new business and August 19, 2026, for renewals. The filing is under review.
