The filing, submitted November 18, 2025, impacts 3,082 policyholders and $1.65 million in written premium, with an expected premium change of roughly $170,000.

The updated rates, effective May 1, 2026 for new and renewal business, apply to IAIC’s “Version 4” plans, which reimburse a percentage of billed veterinary charges.
