The filing introduces a Hybrid Cargo Mileage Unit Program that combines mileage based and unit based rating. New forms and user agreements support monthly mileage reporting and billing.

The program requires insureds to maintain fully functional, connected electronic logging devices to calculate premium. Failure to keep devices connected may result in retroactive premium adjustments or policy termination.
