The filing carries no overall rate impact and will take effect March 1, 2026, for both new and renewal business.

The update adds a new rating component, offering pricing differentials for homes with certified fortified roofs designed to reduce weather-related losses. The proposed factors—1.041 for certain premium components and 1.000 for others—mirror those used by Allstate.

No policyholders are directly affected by this change, and the total program written premium remains approximately $1.04 million.
