The adjustment updates Rate Adjustment Factors and Maximum Deductible Credits while introducing new provisions for wildfire-modeled losses and high-layer fire-following-earthquake exposure.

The filing leverages Verisk’s Touchstone wildfire model, Aon as reinsurance intermediary, and multiple actuarial frameworks including the Fama-French and Discounted Cash Flow models. Despite being largely closed to new business, Allstate supplied new effective dates to accommodate reinstatements.
