The filing, submitted to the Florida Office of Insurance Regulation on March 21, 2025, includes rate structures, coverage details, and a breakdown of territories across the state where the coverage will apply.

The company clarified that this program does not change rates for existing customers and does not incorporate windstorm or catastrophe adjustments. Kin also submitted documentation to meet Florida’s regulatory requirements, including how it calculated rates by territory and support for its proposed premiums.
