Incline introduces Saver Auto in Florida

Incline is introducing a new private passenger auto offering in Florida called the Saver Auto Program, with forms filed for an effective date of July 1, 2026 for both new and renewal business. The filing states that rates and rules for the program were submitted separately in a concurrent filing.

The program will be serviced by Saver Auto Insurance Agency LLC, based in Doral, Florida, and includes standard personal auto coverages such as bodily injury liability, property damage liability, personal injury protection, uninsured motorist coverage, collision, comprehensive, towing, and rental reimbursement. The filing also outlines underwriting restrictions, including exclusions for ride sharing, delivery services, and other business use activities such as Uber, Lyft, Grubhub, and Postmates.

The policy places a strong emphasis on household disclosure requirements. Applicants must list all residents age 14 and older, licensed or not, and failure to do so “may constitute a material misrepresentation which may result in all insurance coverage being void.” The policy also expands the definition of “household” to include landlords, tenants, roommates, students living away from home, and members of the armed services stationed within Florida.

The filing further limits business-related use of insured vehicles. Coverage exclusions apply when vehicles are used for transporting persons or property for compensation, including delivery services and transportation network company activity. The policy specifically excludes coverage during periods when a driver is logged into a transportation network company platform or providing a prearranged ride.
