Incline Casualty Companyhas filed to take over the TowMAX program from Clear Spring Property and Casualty Company in New Jersey, effective December 1, 2026.

The carrier transition covers commercial auto and commercial package business, including commercial property, general liability, inland marine and crime. Incline said its new rates, rules and forms will be substantially similar to Clear Spring’s existing TowMAX materials, with primarily editorial, formatting and branding updates as well as the withdrawal of certain limited coverages.

Incline said the filing is intended to maintain continuity for policyholders and that it does not contemplate material changes to the overall rating structure or policy intent.

Bottom Line: TowMAX is moving from Clear Spring to Incline, subject to regulatory approval.
