Incline Casualty Introduces Towing Program

Incline Casualty Company has filed to introduce its 5 Star Trucking/Hauling/Towing Program in both Idaho and Connecticut, expanding its commercial transportation offerings across multiple lines.

In Idaho, the company submitted an initial form filing for the 5 Star Incline Towing Program under the Commercial General Liability line, effective November 1, 2025, for new and renewal business. The filing, made by Canary Consulting, incorporates ISO forms up to GL-2020-OMJFR and introduces new endorsements and exclusions, including Exclusion of Asbestos, Exclusion of Lead, Exclusion of Punitive Damages, Minimum and Advanced Premium Audit, Exclusion of Assault and Battery, and Exclusion of Animals. The Minimum and Advanced Premium Audit endorsement grants the insurer authority to charge up to double the minimum or advance premium if an insured fails to allow an audit or provide sufficient documentation.

In Connecticut, Incline filed the 5 Star Trucking/Hauling/Towing Program under the Commercial Auto/Combinations line. Authorized by Canary Consulting on August 26, 2025, this filing introduces a schedule rating modification table that allows risks exceeding the minimum premium to qualify for scheduled rating adjustments. It includes actuarial exhibits, ISO reference materials, and standard regulatory checklists to ensure compliance with the Actuarial Standards of Practice. The filing explicitly confirms that automatic rate increases are not permitted, and any adjustments must be formally filed and approved.
