Incline Casualty Company is adding a $300,000 personal liability limit to a renters insurance program administered by Commonwealth General Insurance Agency in Texas.

The new limit will be available for apartments, condos and townhomes. Existing options include limits of $25,000, $50,000 and $100,000.

The program has 4,888 policyholders. Incline said the change does not alter its eligibility standards or affect existing policyholders.

The insurer requested an effective date of July 21, 2026, for new business and August 23, 2026, for renewals.
