Incline Casualty Company has filed a new personal auto insurance program in Tennessee, marking the launch of a private passenger auto offering distributed through managing general agency Commonwealth General Insurance Agency. The filing, submitted on July 1, 2026, includes new policy forms, rates, and underwriting rules, with a requested effective date of September 7, 2026.

The program includes liability, medical payments, uninsured/underinsured motorist, comprehensive, collision, rental reimbursement, roadside assistance, custom equipment coverage, and an optional accidental death and dismemberment (AD&D) endorsement.
The AD&D endorsement pays benefits for accidental death, dismemberment, or loss of sight resulting from covered auto accidents, with an additional 20% death benefit when the insured was properly wearing a seat belt. The endorsement excludes losses arising from, among other things, intoxication, racing, felony activity, military service, ride-sharing, delivery work, and business use.
The policy contains several notable coverage restrictions. It excludes coverage while a vehicle is used for food or package delivery, ride-sharing, snow removal, racing, or other commercial activities unless business use is specifically listed on the declarations page and an additional premium is paid. It also excludes coverage for undisclosed household drivers, excluded drivers, unlicensed drivers, and regular users not listed on the policy. Coverage does not extend into Mexico.
Applicants must disclose all household residents age 15 or older who regularly have access to the insured vehicle. The application also states that the company will not provide liability or physical damage coverage for losses involving undisclosed household members, unlicensed drivers, or rental moving trucks. Policyholders are further advised that custom equipment, such as aftermarket stereos, rims, or lift kits, is not covered unless optional custom equipment coverage is purchased.
According to the filing description, “Incline Casualty Company is launching a new program in Tennessee for one of its General Agency PPA programs.” Commonwealth serves as the managing general agent for the program.
