Clear Blue Edits Auto Dealers Program

Clear Blue Insurance Company, domiciled in Texas, has filed a form update in Washington for its Auto Dealers Program under the Garage/Commercial Auto (TOI 20.0) line, effective November 1, 2025, for both new and renewal business. The filing introduces three new endorsements designed to expand coverage options and incentivize safety measures.

The new endorsements include: (1) Liability Deductible with Quick Reporting and Camera Discounts, offering savings when accidents are reported promptly and/or accompanied by forward-facing camera footage; (2) Mandatory Terrorism Liability Coverage Part, written on a claims-made and reported basis, applying a 2.5% fee on the total auto premium and specifying that claims expenses reduce the limit of liability; and (3) Theft Deductible Waiver When Using Dealer Transit LLC, which waives the deductible for theft losses occurring while a customer’s vehicle is under the care of Dealer Transit LLC.

The filing, submitted by Martin & Company, notes that discounts for quick reporting and camera usage may be combined. There is no rate impact associated with the filing.
