Clear Blue Insurance Company has filed to withdraw its Elite Home Inspectors program in California, effective February 12, 2026.

The filing removes all associated rates, rules, and forms tied to the program, which provided liability coverage and related services for home inspectors. The company said the program was discontinued due to inactivity and closure.

Clear Blue confirmed that the product is no longer being offered, no new or renewal policies will be written, and any remaining in-force policies will be non-renewed at expiration in accordance with regulatory requirements. The book of business will not be transferred to another insurer.

The withdrawal applies only to the Elite Home Inspectors program and does not affect the company’s authority or other lines of business in California.
