Clear Blue Insurance Company, domiciled in Texas, has filed revisions to its Auto Dealers Program in Georgia, effective November 1, 2025, for both new and renewal business. The filing introduces three new endorsements designed to enhance coverage and promote risk management.

The first, Liability Deductible With Quick Reporting and Camera Discounts, provides discounts when accidents are reported within one calendar day or when video footage from a forward-facing camera mounted to the covered vehicle is provided. The second, Terrorism Liability Coverage Part, is a mandatory endorsement that adds a 2.5% fee to the total auto premium and provides claims-made and reported coverage, requiring claims to be filed within 90 days of policy expiration. The third, Theft Deductible Waiver When Using Dealer Transit LLC, waives the deductible for theft losses to a customer’s vehicle while in transit under Dealer Transit LLC’s care.

The filing, submitted by Martin & Company on behalf of Clear Blue, applies to Commercial Auto/Garage coverage and carries no overall rate impact beyond the terrorism fee.
