XL Specialty, part of AXA XL, has moved to withdraw its collector vehicle insurance program in Oregon, citing a lack of active policyholders in the state.

The filing, submitted on April 7, 2026, requests the withdrawal of all associated rate, rule, and form filings tied to the company’s collector car product. The company noted that there are no in-force policies remaining, effectively making the program inactive in Oregon.

The product falls under private passenger auto, specifically targeting collector vehicles, but appears to have failed to gain traction in the state. As a result, AXA XL is formally cleaning up its regulatory footprint rather than maintaining dormant filings.

The withdrawal will take effect upon regulatory approval for both new and renewal business.
