Old American County Mutual Fire Insurance Company has filed new policy forms in Texas for a private passenger auto program to be administered by InsureScan MGA LLC, a newly appointed managing general agent.
The filing, submitted on June 25, 2026, includes new declarations forms, an application, and a Texas automobile insurance identification card, with an effective date requested upon approval. The associated rates, rules, and underwriting guidelines will be submitted separately at a later date.

According to the filing memorandum, the forms represent the initial filing for InsureScan MGA’s new personal auto program with Old American County Mutual Fire Insurance Company.
The application materials indicate that the program is intended for non-commercial private passenger auto risks and specifically excludes business and delivery use, including construction, courier and delivery services, landscaping, food services, and other trade-related activities.
