Old American County Mutual Fire Insurance Company has filed initial forms for a new personal auto program in Texas with Burnett MGA.

The submission includes an automobile insurance application, policy declarations and a Texas liability insurance card. The application identifies A-MAX Auto Insurance as the producer and includes access to an online policyholder portal for payments, policy documents and electronic communications.

Old American plans to file the program’s rates, rules and underwriting guidelines separately. The company requested an effective date upon approval.
