Central Insurance Company and All America Insurance Company have filed to introduce a commercial property product in Oregon, requesting a November 1, 2026 effective date for new business.
Submitted October 13, the filing adopts ISO loss costs and rules alongside company-specific provisions. It includes rules for equipment breakdown, cyber coverage, flood, vacant property, beverage businesses, and vineyards and wineries, as well as Central Premier and Premier Plus property extensions.
The proposed rating plan applies a lower loss cost multiplier to small businesses than to other risks and sets a $550 minimum premium for monoline policies. Central distributes through independent agents.
The filing reports no existing policies or written premium for the new program. It remained pending actuarial review as of October 14, with policy forms submitted separately.
