Attune Updates Tennessee BOP Policy

Attune Insurance Services, through Lyndon Southern Insurance Company, has filed a comprehensive update to its Businessowners Policy (BOP) program in Tennessee, replacing a previously approved program that has not been actively written in the state. The filing includes updated forms, rates, and rules, along with a broad set of new and revised endorsements.

The refreshed BOP continues to rely on ISO base forms while layering in proprietary declarations pages, schedules, and endorsements that closely align with Fortegra’s broader small commercial strategy. The program introduces expanded coverage options across property, liability, cyber, employment practices liability, and equipment breakdown, with dozens of optional endorsements tailored to specific business types, including restaurants, contractors, lessors, nonprofits, and mobile service providers.

Notable additions include coverage extensions for mobile device protection, website outages, crisis communication expenses, donation assurance, restaurant evacuation reimbursement, and social media–related business interruption. The filing also expands cyber coverage through a bundled Cyber Suite, offering data compromise response expenses, cyber extortion, business interruption, and identity recovery benefits.
