Filed on June 30, 2025, the program marks the company’s expansion into specialized liability coverage and includes a suite of 13 proprietary endorsements designed to work alongside standard ISO forms.

The new endorsements introduce provisions such as waiver of subrogation, limitations based on designated premises or activities, and exclusions for asbestos, fungi, and abuse-related claims.
