Lyndon Southern filed new form updates in West Virginia to align its landlord dwelling program with the state’s Valued Policy Law.

The changes were submitted as part of the company’s partnership with Steadily Insurance Agency.

The filing introduces two new forms: one addressing the lack of replacement cost language in the DP 0001 base form, and another amending the DP 0003 base form to remove the coinsurance clause. Together, the updates ensure that covered losses are settled at replacement cost as required under West Virginia law.

The form-only filing carries no rate impact and was approved on November 24, 2025, with an effective date of December 12, 2025.
