Adoro Pet Insurance Services, in partnership with United States Fire Insurance Company, is launching a new private label pet insurance program in North Carolina and Washington. The program offers coverage for domestic dogs and cats across three core plans—Accident Only, Accident & Illness, and High-Deductible Accident & Illness—with customizable options for payout percentages, deductibles, and benefit limits.

Optional add-ons include adoro Wellness and Wellness Plus, as well as supplemental and end-of-life coverage. Policies renew annually, premiums are paid monthly, and accident coverage begins two days after enrollment.

The filing was submitted on July 29, 2025, with a proposed effective date of October 1, 2025. A related rate filing was also submitted, though no immediate rate impact is reported. The program currently has no policyholders.
