The updated homeowners manual also references factors tied to insurance risk scores, responsible homeowner and motorist discounts, secure home discounts, solar panels, distance to water, and fire department characteristics. TRUE said insurance scores are retrieved at new business and every third term thereafter, with updated scores available upon request from the insured or agent, limited to once every 12 months.
