HDI Global Select Insurance Company has submitted a new Broad Form Airport Liability program in California, with an effective date of November 1, 2025, for both new and renewal business.

The program provides coverage for bodily injury, property damage, hangarkeeper’s legal liability, personal injury, and advertising injury. Policy conditions include inspection and audit rights, duties in the event of an occurrence, fraud provisions, and non-renewal notice requirements of 60–120 days.

The filing adopts existing rules, rates, and forms from Hallmark Insurance Company, with Aerospace Insurance Services managing HDI’s aviation insurance business. Distribution is handled exclusively through independent agents.
