CNA Launches Large-Risk Property Program In Maryland

CNA filed a new commercial property product in Maryland called CNA Touchstone Property, with a requested effective date of September 1, 2026 for new business.

The proprietary program is designed for large commercial risks with high property values and multi-state exposures. It offers a core coverage structure with customizable limits and deductibles, allowing the insurer to tailor protection to complex property portfolios.

The filing introduces a broad set of new forms and endorsements covering property damage and business interruption exposures, along with options such as contingent time element coverage, service interruption, crisis management, emergency evacuation expense, fine arts, and other industry-specific extensions.

Participating carriers include American Casualty Company of Reading, National Fire Insurance Company of Hartford, Transportation Insurance Company, and Valley Forge Insurance Company.
