CNA Warranty Services has submitted a new furniture protection program in Georgia designed specifically for vacation homes, expanding its existing furniture service contract offerings. The filing, submitted on June 15, 2026, seeks approval for the Premium Vacation Home Furniture Protection Plan With Power, with a requested effective date of on approval.

The five-year protection plan would be sold through furniture retailers and administered by ProtectAll USA. It covers new indoor furniture used in vacation properties, including upholstered furniture, wood and solid-surface pieces, and certain products with electric fireplace components. The plan provides protection against accidental damage such as stains, dye transfer, burns, rips, punctures, liquid marks, scratches, and chipped glass. It also extends to the breakdown of powered furniture components, including motors, switches, and reclining mechanisms, after the expiration of the manufacturer’s warranty.

If covered damage cannot be repaired, CNA may replace the affected item with a comparable piece of furniture of equal retail value. The agreement limits the provider’s total liability to the lesser of the repair or replacement cost, the original purchase price of the furniture, or $25,000.

The filing notes that the product will be distributed directly to consumers through furniture retailers.

CNA Warranty Services stated that the forms have already been approved in its domicile state of Arizona and are being introduced for use in Georgia as part of a broader program transition.
