The filing, submitted April 24, 2026, reflects an overall rate increase, with an indicated change of 10.65% and a selected impact of 2.75% across the book. The update affects 503 policyholders and approximately $937,255 in written premium, translating to a premium increase of about $25,757.

The revised program is scheduled to take effect June 29, 2026 for new business and September 27, 2026 for renewals.

Beyond pricing, the filing replaces the existing countrywide rate and rule manual and updates the state-specific exception pages, signaling a broader refresh of underwriting structure rather than a simple rate adjustment.
