Redpoint County Mutual Insurance Company has submitted a rate and rule filing in Texas for its Entegra private passenger auto program, introducing a modest premium decrease across the book of business.
The filing, submitted on March 10, 2026 under SERFF tracking number SWCM-134852268, was made using Texas’ file and use system. The proposed changes would take effect March 15, 2026 for new business and April 15, 2026 for renewals.
Redpoint described the filing as a rate adjustment for one of its general agency personal auto programs operating in the state. The Entegra program currently represents approximately $5.1 million in written premium and covers about 2,011 policyholders in Texas.
Overall, the company is proposing a rate decrease of about 1.3%, resulting in an estimated reduction of roughly $67,946 in written premium across the program. The filing reflects an overall indicated change of 53.2%, although the selected rate adjustment is significantly smaller. Individual policy impacts are expected to range from no change to a decrease of up to 1.4%.
The Entegra rate filing follows the program’s previous revision that took effect July 1, 2025.
