Redpoint County Mutual Insurance Company, part of Incline P&C Group, has submitted initial filings for a new Texas personal auto program operated by Cruiser General Agency Inc., doing business as Modo Auto Insurance.

Submitted October 6, the filings request a January 1, 2027, effective date for new business. The rate filing reports no existing policyholders or written premium.

According to the forms memorandum, Modo will use the same forms as Redpoint’s existing Texas program administered by Commonwealth General Insurance Agency, changing only the agency name and logo. The filing also includes an optional accidental death and dismemberment endorsement.

The filings remain submitted to the state.
