The filing affects 7,073 policyholders and $15.4 million in written premium, reducing premiums by an estimated $123,542. Individual policy changes range from no change to a 19.6% decrease, with no policyholders receiving an increase.
The proposed reduction follows a 2.5% rate cut that took effect in September 2025.
The filing is pending regulatory review. Rider is seeking effective dates of Dec. 1, 2026, for new business and Jan. 1, 2027, for renewals.
