Plymouth Rock, through Palisades Insurance Company, has received approval to offer a 3% auto insurance discount to members of WBUR, Boston’s NPR news station.

Approximately 60,000 members are eligible for the new Massachusetts affinity program, which will be marketed by High Point Brokerage Company. Plymouth Rock cited lower acquisition and administrative costs, improved retention, fewer cancellations and reinstatements, lower claim volume, and economies of scale as support for the discount.

The program is scheduled to take effect September 1, 2026.
