MGT Insurance Company has filed and received same day approval in Wisconsin for a 7.5% rate increase on its Businessowners Program serving nonprofit, religious, and human services organizations.

The change takes effect June 15, 2026, for new and renewal business and affects 149 policyholders representing about $666,000 in premium, or roughly $52,800 in additional annual premium. The increase is intended to realign pricing with Church Mutual following MGT’s acquisition of CM Select, as MGT’s book lacks fully credible standalone experience and prior increases have lagged, despite actuarial support for a higher adjustment.
