MGT Insurance is preparing to offer wildfire mitigation services to eligible commercial policyholders in New Mexico.

Beginning September 15, policyholders in designated wildfire-exposed areas will be automatically enrolled in CM Wildfire Solutions at no additional cost. The program provides wildfire risk assessments, educational and preparedness resources, 24/7 monitoring and alerts through REDZONE, and on-site mitigation when a covered property faces an imminent threat. Church Mutual does not identify the provider responsible for the on-site services.

Participation is optional, and policyholders are not required to use the services or follow recommended mitigation measures to obtain, maintain, or renew coverage. MGT said the program’s cost is not built into policy rates.

The filing lists an initial program term running through September 15, 2027.
