The proposed change impacts 1,225 policyholders representing about $1.0 million in written premium, with the overall premium change estimated at $137,097. The adjustment is being implemented uniformly through an update to the Rate Adjustment Factor, avoiding a full territorial rebasing.

Homesite attributes the need for higher rates to inflationary pressure on building costs, supply-chain disruptions, and deteriorating loss trends, consistent with market-wide challenges.

This filing follows an 11.8% increase effective January 2025, marking back-to-back hikes for the company’s Tennessee condo business.
