The filing applies the Accident Prevention Course Discount to Collision coverage and expands eligibility for the Mass Marketing Discount to include members of the International Amphicar Owners Club (IAOC).

The update affects 13,805 policyholders and results in a negligible overall rate decrease of 0.002%. Essentia, which leverages LexisNexis insurance scores and offers credits like the Homing Device and Portfolio Transfer discounts, last implemented a 3.9% rate increase in February 2025.
