Drivers Edge Insurance Company (DEIC) has filed to introduce Enthusiast+, a new personal auto program (TOI 19.0) in Georgia, effective January 1, 2026. The product targets car enthusiasts who use collector vehicles as regular transportation, with policy administration handled by Hagerty Insurance Agency, LLC.

The filing includes new forms and endorsements such as the Motorsports Advantage Endorsements, offering coverage for specialized activities like Autocross and High Performance Driver’s Education events. Policy terms include a Right to Recompute Premium clause and require notification if a vehicle is modified to exceed 650 horsepower.

The Enthusiast+ program is designed for a niche audience and excludes vehicles used for ridesharing or personal vehicle sharing programs.
