Drivers Edge Insurance Company, part of Hagerty, filed in Wisconsin on August 27, 2025, to introduce its Enthusiast+ product, effective October 1, 2025. The program is designed for car enthusiasts who use collector vehicles as their regular transportation and builds on a launch earlier this year in Colorado.

The forms filing introduces a wide suite of endorsements, including coverage for vehicles under construction, motorsports activities, off-road use, custom features, cherished salvage, spare parts, and stated value protection. The package also features the Motorsports Advantage™ suite, Overlander coverage, and the Enjoy the Ride endorsement, positioning Enthusiast+ as a broader alternative to traditional collector car insurance.

The filing was submitted by Hagerty on behalf of Drivers Edge. Wisconsin’s file-and-use rules allow the program to go into effect 30 days after submission.
