COUNTRY Mutual Insurance Company has filed a new Workers’ Compensation program in Kansas, effective September 1, 2025, for both new and renewal business. The filing includes rates, rules, and forms tailored to the Kansas market, aligning the insurer with National Council on Compensation Insurance (NCCI) standards.
The program introduces a full suite of state-specific forms, including election and waiver forms for corporate officers and LLC members, audit statements, and required notices. It also features a newly developed Workers’ Compensation and Employers Liability Insurance Policy, along with several endorsements such as the “No Action Against Related Entities” and “Blanket Waiver of Subrogation.”
Premiums are based on COUNTRY’s own loss cost multiplier and underwriting profit models, supported by detailed actuarial exhibits. Optional billing and proxy authorization language are included in the application form.
