Cimarron confirmed that this program has no current policyholders or written premium in the state, as it is a new launch.

The filing indicates no overall percentage rate change since this is the program’s first submission. Policyholder underwriting guidelines apply to both new and renewal business. Cimarron noted it will closely monitor the program’s performance and adjust the rating plan as needed. The company also disclosed a ratio of investment earnings to earned premium of 0.98%.
